Tuesday was a last day of Ramadhan.
After I dropped two pairs of Prisca's pants at her office at Prudential which she asked me to fixed the hems, I walked up to Health Center for my acupuncture session. I told Greg, my acupuncuturist, my right knee was still bothering me from time to time. I only ran four times during the fasting month.
I've learned an important lesson about my body these past months. As most runners like to do, I used to ignore the pain I experienced when I ran. Not anymore. Any slight pain I felt in any parts of my legs, I took it as a signal, a reminder from my body. I stopped running and walked instead.
The tree reminded me of some beautiful trees at Taman Tasik Taiping.
My favorite part of the mall at Prudential. When a snowstorm whips us the Bostonians during a wicked winter, I have a place to go to.
A hot cup of chai, a good book and a bench, and I'm all set.

The bright and colorful sunflowers in the buckets, purple mini eggplants, red tomatoes, orange carrots, yellowsquashes and pumpkins, herbs and vegetables turned the slightly cloudy afternoon into exhilarating and blissful experience for me at The Copley.
